CVE-2022-49442 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2025-10-22 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drivers/base/node.c: fix compaction sysfs file leak Compaction sysfs file is created via compaction_register_node in register_node. But we forgot to remove it in unregister_node. Thus compaction sysfs file is leaked. Using compaction_unregister_node to fix this issue.
CVE-2022-49180 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2025-10-22 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: LSM: general protection fault in legacy_parse_param The usual LSM hook "bail on fail" scheme doesn't work for cases where a security module may return an error code indicating that it does not recognize an input. In this particular case Smack sees a mount option that it recognizes, and returns 0. A call to a BPF hook follows, which returns -ENOPARAM, which confuses the caller because Smack has processed its data. The SELinux hook incorrectly returns 1 on success. There was a time when this was correct, however the current expectation is that it return 0 on success. This is repaired.
CVE-2022-49543 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2025-10-22 5.5 Medium

Commit 8e0559921f9a ("bus: mhi: core: Skip device wake in error or shutdown state") add check for the pm_state of mhi in __mhi_device_get_sync(), and the pm_state is not the normal state untill recovery is completed, so it leads the dev_wake is not 0 and above warning print in mhi_pm_disable_transition() while checking mhi_cntrl->dev_wake. Add check in ath11k_pci_write32()/ath11k_pci_read32() to skip call mhi_device_put() if mhi_device_get_sync() does not really do wake, then the warning gone. CVE-2022-49175 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2025-10-22 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: PM: core: keep irq flags in device_pm_check_callbacks() The function device_pm_check_callbacks() can be called under the spin lock (in the reported case it happens from genpd_add_device() -> dev_pm_domain_set(), when the genpd uses spinlocks rather than mutexes. However this function uncoditionally uses spin_lock_irq() / spin_unlock_irq(), thus not preserving the CPU flags. Use the irqsave/irqrestore instead. CVE-2022-49545 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2025-10-22 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: usb-audio: Cancel pending work at closing a MIDI substream At closing a USB MIDI output substream, there might be still a pending work, which would eventually access the rawmidi runtime object that is being released. For fixing the race, make sure to cancel the pending work at closing.
CVE-2022-49552 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux 2025-10-22 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Fix combination of jit blinding and pointers to bpf subprogs. The combination of jit blinding and pointers to bpf subprogs causes: [ 36.989548] BUG: unable to handle page fault for address: 0000000100000001 [ 36.990342] #PF: supervisor instruction fetch in kernel mode [ 36.990968] #PF: error_code(0x0010) - not-present page [ 36.994859] RIP: 0010:0x100000001 [ 36.995209] Code: Unable to access opcode bytes at RIP 0xffffffd7. [ 37.004091] Call Trace: [ 37.004351] <TASK> [ 37.004576] ? bpf_loop+0x4d/0x70 [ 37.004932] ? bpf_prog_3899083f75e4c5de_F+0xe3/0x13b The jit blinding logic didn't recognize that ld_imm64 with an address of bpf subprogram is a special instruction and proceeded to randomize it. By itself it wouldn't have been an issue, but jit_subprogs() logic relies on two step process to JIT all subprogs and then JIT them again when addresses of all subprogs are known. Blinding process in the first JIT phase caused second JIT to miss adjustment of special ld_imm64. Fix this issue by ignoring special ld_imm64 instructions that don't have user controlled constants and shouldn't be blinded.
CVE-2025-6021 2 Redhat, Xmlsoft 29 Discovery, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus and 26 more 2025-10-22 7.5 High
A flaw was found in libxml2's xmlBuildQName function, where integer overflows in buffer size calculations can lead to a stack-based buffer overflow. This issue can result in memory corruption or a denial of service when processing crafted input.
CVE-2025-7195 1 Redhat 12 Acm, Advanced Cluster Security, Apicurio Registry and 9 more 2025-10-22 5.2 Medium
Early versions of Operator-SDK provided an insecure method to allow operator containers to run in environments that used a random UID. Operator-SDK before 0.15.2 provided a script, user_setup, which modifies the permissions of the /etc/passwd file to 664 during build time. Developers who used Operator-SDK before 0.15.2 to scaffold their operator may still be impacted by this if the insecure user_setup script is still being used to build new container images. In affected images, the /etc/passwd file is created during build time with group-writable permissions and a group ownership of root (gid=0). An attacker who can execute commands within an affected container, even as a non-root user, may be able to leverage their membership in the root group to modify the /etc/passwd file. This could allow the attacker to add a new user with any arbitrary UID, including UID 0, leading to full root privileges within the container.
CVE-2025-5914 2 Libarchive, Redhat 16 Libarchive, Cert Manager, Confidential Compute Attestation and 13 more 2025-10-22 7.3 High
A vulnerability has been identified in the libarchive library, specifically within the archive_read_format_rar_seek_data() function. This flaw involves an integer overflow that can ultimately lead to a double-free condition. Exploiting a double-free vulnerability can result in memory corruption, enabling an attacker to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial-of-service condition.
CVE-2025-27636 2 Apache, Redhat 3 Camel, Apache Camel Spring Boot, Camel Quarkus 2025-10-22 5.6 Medium
Bypass/Injection vulnerability in Apache Camel components under particular conditions. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.10.0 through <= 4.10.1, from 4.8.0 through <= 4.8.4, from 3.10.0 through <= 3.22.3. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.10.2 for 4.10.x LTS, 4.8.5 for 4.8.x LTS and 3.22.4 for 3.x releases. This vulnerability is present in Camel's default incoming header filter, that allows an attacker to include Camel specific headers that for some Camel components can alter the behaviours such as the camel-bean component, to call another method on the bean, than was coded in the application. In the camel-jms component, then a malicious header can be used to send the message to another queue (on the same broker) than was coded in the application. This could also be seen by using the camel-exec component The attacker would need to inject custom headers, such as HTTP protocols. So if you have Camel applications that are directly connected to the internet via HTTP, then an attacker could include malicious HTTP headers in the HTTP requests that are send to the Camel application. All the known Camel HTTP component such as camel-servlet, camel-jetty, camel-undertow, camel-platform-http, and camel-netty-http would be vulnerable out of the box. In these conditions an attacker could be able to forge a Camel header name and make the bean component invoking other methods in the same bean. In terms of usage of the default header filter strategy the list of components using that is: * camel-activemq * camel-activemq6 * camel-amqp * camel-aws2-sqs * camel-azure-servicebus * camel-cxf-rest * camel-cxf-soap * camel-http * camel-jetty * camel-jms * camel-kafka * camel-knative * camel-mail * camel-nats * camel-netty-http * camel-platform-http * camel-rest * camel-sjms * camel-spring-rabbitmq * camel-stomp * camel-tahu * camel-undertow * camel-xmpp The vulnerability arises due to a bug in the default filtering mechanism that only blocks headers starting with "Camel", "camel", or "org.apache.camel.".  Mitigation: You can easily work around this in your Camel applications by removing the headers in your Camel routes. There are many ways of doing this, also globally or per route. This means you could use the removeHeaders EIP, to filter out anything like "cAmel, cAMEL" etc, or in general everything not starting with "Camel", "camel" or "org.apache.camel.".
