| CVE-2025-8114 | 2 Libssh, Redhat | 3 Libssh, Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2025-09-03 | 4.7 Medium |
| A flaw was found in libssh, a library that implements the SSH protocol. When calculating the session ID during the key exchange (KEX) process, an allocation failure in cryptographic functions may lead to a NULL pointer dereference. This issue can cause the client or server to crash. | ||||
| CVE-2024-6501 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2025-09-02 | 3.1 Low |
| A flaw was found in NetworkManager. When a system running NetworkManager with DEBUG logs enabled and an interface eth1 configured with LLDP enabled, a malicious user could inject a malformed LLDP packet. NetworkManager would crash, leading to a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2024-12401 | 1 Redhat | 8 Cert Manager, Connectivity Link, Cryostat and 5 more | 2025-09-02 | 4.4 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the cert-manager package. This flaw allows an attacker who can modify PEM data that the cert-manager reads, for example, in a Secret resource, to use large amounts of CPU in the cert-manager controller pod to effectively create a denial-of-service (DoS) vector for the cert-manager in the cluster. | ||||
| CVE-2024-11217 | 1 Redhat | 1 Openshift | 2025-09-02 | 4.9 Medium |
| A vulnerability was found in the OAuth-server. OAuth-server logs the OAuth2 client secret when the logLevel is Debug higher for OIDC/GitHub/GitLab/Google IDPs login options. | ||||
| CVE-2024-7631 | 1 Redhat | 1 Openshift | 2025-08-30 | 4.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the OpenShift Console, an endpoint for plugins to serve resources in multiple languages: /locales/resources.json. This endpoint's lng and ns parameters are used to construct a filepath in pkg/plugins/handlers unsafely.go#L112 Because of this unsafe filepath construction, an authenticated user can manipulate the path to retrieve any JSON files on the console's pod by using sequences of ../ and valid directory paths. | ||||
| CVE-2024-6409 | 1 Redhat | 4 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Rhel E4s and 1 more | 2025-08-30 | 7 High |
| A race condition vulnerability was discovered in how signals are handled by OpenSSH's server (sshd). If a remote attacker does not authenticate within a set time period, then sshd's SIGALRM handler is called asynchronously. However, this signal handler calls various functions that are not async-signal-safe, for example, syslog(). As a consequence of a successful attack, in the worst case scenario, an attacker may be able to perform a remote code execution (RCE) as an unprivileged user running the sshd server. | ||||
| CVE-2024-45775 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2025-08-30 | 5.2 Medium |
| A flaw was found in grub2 where the grub_extcmd_dispatcher() function calls grub_arg_list_alloc() to allocate memory for the grub's argument list. However, it fails to check in case the memory allocation fails. Once the allocation fails, a NULL point will be processed by the parse_option() function, leading grub to crash or, in some rare scenarios, corrupt the IVT data. | ||||
| CVE-2025-0750 | 1 Redhat | 1 Openshift | 2025-08-30 | 6.6 Medium |
| A vulnerability was found in CRI-O. A path traversal issue in the log management functions (UnMountPodLogs and LinkContainerLogs) may allow an attacker with permissions to create and delete Pods to unmount arbitrary host paths, leading to node-level denial of service by unmounting critical system directories. | ||||
| CVE-2025-0690 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2025-08-30 | 6.1 Medium |
| The read command is used to read the keyboard input from the user, while reads it keeps the input length in a 32-bit integer value which is further used to reallocate the line buffer to accept the next character. During this process, with a line big enough it's possible to make this variable to overflow leading to a out-of-bounds write in the heap based buffer. This flaw may be leveraged to corrupt grub's internal critical data and secure boot bypass is not discarded as consequence. | ||||
| CVE-2025-0678 | 2 Gnu, Redhat | 4 Grub2, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 1 more | 2025-08-30 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in grub2. When reading data from a squash4 filesystem, grub's squash4 fs module uses user-controlled parameters from the filesystem geometry to determine the internal buffer size, however, it improperly checks for integer overflows. A maliciously crafted filesystem may lead some of those buffer size calculations to overflow, causing it to perform a grub_malloc() operation with a smaller size than expected. As a result, the direct_read() will perform a heap based out-of-bounds write during data reading. This flaw may be leveraged to corrupt grub's internal critical data and may result in arbitrary code execution, by-passing secure boot protections. | ||||
| CVE-2024-52616 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2025-08-30 | 5.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in the Avahi-daemon, where it initializes DNS transaction IDs randomly only once at startup, incrementing them sequentially after that. This predictable behavior facilitates DNS spoofing attacks, allowing attackers to guess transaction IDs. | ||||
| CVE-2024-4369 | 1 Redhat | 1 Openshift | 2025-08-30 | 6.8 Medium |
| An information disclosure flaw was found in OpenShift's internal image registry operator. The AZURE_CLIENT_SECRET can be exposed through an environment variable defined in the pod definition, but is limited to Azure environments. An attacker controlling an account that has high enough permissions to obtain pod information from the openshift-image-registry namespace could use this obtained client secret to perform actions as the registry operator's Azure service account. | ||||
| CVE-2024-2905 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Rhel Eus | 2025-08-30 | 6.2 Medium |
| A security vulnerability has been discovered within rpm-ostree, pertaining to the /etc/shadow file in default builds having the world-readable bit enabled. This issue arises from the default permissions being set at a higher level than recommended, potentially exposing sensitive authentication data to unauthorized access. | ||||
| CVE-2024-12698 | 1 Redhat | 1 Openshift | 2025-08-30 | 6.5 Medium |
| An incomplete fix for ose-olm-catalogd-container was issued for the Rapid Reset Vulnerability (CVE-2023-39325/CVE-2023-44487) where only unauthenticated streams were protected, not streams created by authenticated sources. | ||||
| CVE-2024-0874 | 1 Redhat | 3 Acm, Logging, Openshift | 2025-08-30 | 5.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in coredns. This issue could lead to invalid cache entries returning due to incorrectly implemented caching. | ||||
| CVE-2020-25720 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Storage | 2025-08-29 | 7.5 High |
| A vulnerability was found in Samba where a delegated administrator with permission to create objects in Active Directory can write to all attributes of the newly created object, including security-sensitive attributes, even after the object's creation. This issue occurs because the administrator owns the object due to the lack of an Access Control List (ACL) at the time of creation and later being recognized as the 'creator owner.' The retained significant rights of the delegated administrator may not be well understood, potentially leading to unintended privilege escalation or security risks. | ||||
| CVE-2021-28165 | 5 Eclipse, Jenkins, Netapp and 2 more | 28 Jetty, Jenkins, Cloud Manager and 25 more | 2025-08-27 | 7.5 High |
| In Eclipse Jetty 7.2.2 to 9.4.38, 10.0.0.alpha0 to 10.0.1, and 11.0.0.alpha0 to 11.0.1, CPU usage can reach 100% upon receiving a large invalid TLS frame. | ||||
| CVE-2021-20190 | 6 Apache, Debian, Fasterxml and 3 more | 10 Nifi, Debian Linux, Jackson-databind and 7 more | 2025-08-27 | 8.1 High |
| A flaw was found in jackson-databind before 2.9.10.7. FasterXML mishandles the interaction between serialization gadgets and typing. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to data confidentiality and integrity as well as system availability. | ||||
| CVE-2020-35728 | 5 Debian, Fasterxml, Netapp and 2 more | 42 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Service Level Manager and 39 more | 2025-08-27 | 8.1 High |
| FasterXML jackson-databind 2.x before 2.9.10.8 mishandles the interaction between serialization gadgets and typing, related to com.oracle.wls.shaded.org.apache.xalan.lib.sql.JNDIConnectionPool (aka embedded Xalan in org.glassfish.web/javax.servlet.jsp.jstl). | ||||
| CVE-2019-12814 | 3 Debian, Fasterxml, Redhat | 12 Debian Linux, Jackson-databind, Amq Streams and 9 more | 2025-08-27 | 5.9 Medium |
| A Polymorphic Typing issue was discovered in FasterXML jackson-databind 2.x through 2.9.9. When Default Typing is enabled (either globally or for a specific property) for an externally exposed JSON endpoint and the service has JDOM 1.x or 2.x jar in the classpath, an attacker can send a specifically crafted JSON message that allows them to read arbitrary local files on the server. | ||||
