| CVE-2025-4574 | 1 Redhat | 7 Directory Server, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 4 more | 2025-09-26 | 6.5 Medium |
| In crossbeam-channel rust crate, the internal `Channel` type's `Drop` method has a race condition which could, in some circumstances, lead to a double-free that could result in memory corruption. | ||||
| CVE-2024-7409 | 1 Redhat | 4 Advanced Virtualization, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 1 more | 2025-09-26 | N/A |
| A flaw was found in the QEMU NBD Server. This vulnerability allows a denial of service (DoS) attack via improper synchronization during socket closure when a client keeps a socket open as the server is taken offline. | ||||
| CVE-2024-11614 | 1 Redhat | 6 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Rhel Aus and 3 more | 2025-09-25 | N/A |
| An out-of-bounds read vulnerability was found in DPDK's Vhost library checksum offload feature. This issue enables an untrusted or compromised guest to crash the hypervisor's vSwitch by forging Virtio descriptors to cause out-of-bounds reads. This flaw allows an attacker with a malicious VM using a virtio driver to cause the vhost-user side to crash by sending a packet with a Tx checksum offload request and an invalid csum_start offset. | ||||
| CVE-2024-3056 | 3 Fedoraproject, Podman Project, Redhat | 5 Fedora, Podman, Enterprise Linux and 2 more | 2025-09-25 | 7.7 High |
| A flaw was found in Podman. This issue may allow an attacker to create a specially crafted container that, when configured to share the same IPC with at least one other container, can create a large number of IPC resources in /dev/shm. The malicious container will continue to exhaust resources until it is out-of-memory (OOM) killed. While the malicious container's cgroup will be removed, the IPC resources it created are not. Those resources are tied to the IPC namespace that will not be removed until all containers using it are stopped, and one non-malicious container is holding the namespace open. The malicious container is restarted, either automatically or by attacker control, repeating the process and increasing the amount of memory consumed. With a container configured to restart always, such as `podman run --restart=always`, this can result in a memory-based denial of service of the system. | ||||
| CVE-2025-7424 | 2 Redhat, Xmlsoft | 4 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openshift Container Platform and 1 more | 2025-09-25 | 7.8 High |
| A flaw was found in the libxslt library. The same memory field, psvi, is used for both stylesheet and input data, which can lead to type confusion during XML transformations. This vulnerability allows an attacker to crash the application or corrupt memory. In some cases, it may lead to denial of service or unexpected behavior. | ||||
| CVE-2025-0624 | 1 Redhat | 7 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Rhel Aus and 4 more | 2025-09-25 | 7.6 High |
| A flaw was found in grub2. During the network boot process, when trying to search for the configuration file, grub copies data from a user controlled environment variable into an internal buffer using the grub_strcpy() function. During this step, it fails to consider the environment variable length when allocating the internal buffer, resulting in an out-of-bounds write. If correctly exploited, this issue may result in remote code execution through the same network segment grub is searching for the boot information, which can be used to by-pass secure boot protections. | ||||
| CVE-2024-12085 | 8 Almalinux, Archlinux, Gentoo and 5 more | 28 Almalinux, Arch Linux, Linux and 25 more | 2025-09-25 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in rsync which could be triggered when rsync compares file checksums. This flaw allows an attacker to manipulate the checksum length (s2length) to cause a comparison between a checksum and uninitialized memory and leak one byte of uninitialized stack data at a time. | ||||
| CVE-2024-9676 | 1 Redhat | 20 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Enterprise Linux For Arm 64 and 17 more | 2025-09-25 | 6.5 Medium |
| A vulnerability was found in Podman, Buildah, and CRI-O. A symlink traversal vulnerability in the containers/storage library can cause Podman, Buildah, and CRI-O to hang and result in a denial of service via OOM kill when running a malicious image using an automatically assigned user namespace (`--userns=auto` in Podman and Buildah). The containers/storage library will read /etc/passwd inside the container, but does not properly validate if that file is a symlink, which can be used to cause the library to read an arbitrary file on the host. | ||||
| CVE-2024-3727 | 1 Redhat | 18 Acm, Advanced Cluster Security, Ansible Automation Platform and 15 more | 2025-09-25 | 8.3 High |
| A flaw was found in the github.com/containers/image library. This flaw allows attackers to trigger unexpected authenticated registry accesses on behalf of a victim user, causing resource exhaustion, local path traversal, and other attacks. | ||||
| CVE-2024-1394 | 1 Redhat | 23 Ansible Automation Platform, Ansible Automation Platform Developer, Ansible Automation Platform Inside and 20 more | 2025-09-25 | 7.5 High |
| A memory leak flaw was found in Golang in the RSA encrypting/decrypting code, which might lead to a resource exhaustion vulnerability using attacker-controlled inputs. The memory leak happens in github.com/golang-fips/openssl/openssl/rsa.go#L113. The objects leaked are pkey and ctx. That function uses named return parameters to free pkey and ctx if there is an error initializing the context or setting the different properties. All return statements related to error cases follow the "return nil, nil, fail(...)" pattern, meaning that pkey and ctx will be nil inside the deferred function that should free them. | ||||
| CVE-2025-4878 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2025-09-25 | 3.6 Low |
| A vulnerability was found in libssh, where an uninitialized variable exists under certain conditions in the privatekey_from_file() function. This flaw can be triggered if the file specified by the filename doesn't exist and may lead to possible signing failures or heap corruption. | ||||
| CVE-2025-7519 | 1 Redhat | 3 Enterprise Linux, Openshift, Openshift Container Platform | 2025-09-25 | 6.7 Medium |
| A flaw was found in polkit. When processing an XML policy with 32 or more nested elements in depth, an out-of-bounds write can be triggered. This issue can lead to a crash or other unexpected behavior, and arbitrary code execution is not discarded. To exploit this flaw, a high-privilege account is needed as it's required to place the malicious policy file properly. | ||||
| CVE-2025-5987 | 2 Libssh, Redhat | 3 Libssh, Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2025-09-25 | 5 Medium |
| A flaw was found in libssh when using the ChaCha20 cipher with the OpenSSL library. If an attacker manages to exhaust the heap space, this error is not detected and may lead to libssh using a partially initialized cipher context. This occurs because the OpenSSL error code returned aliases with the SSH_OK code, resulting in libssh not properly detecting the error returned by the OpenSSL library. This issue can lead to undefined behavior, including compromised data confidentiality and integrity or crashes. | ||||
| CVE-2025-4877 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2025-09-25 | 4.5 Medium |
| There's a vulnerability in the libssh package where when a libssh consumer passes in an unexpectedly large input buffer to ssh_get_fingerprint_hash() function. In such cases the bin_to_base64() function can experience an integer overflow leading to a memory under allocation, when that happens it's possible that the program perform out of bounds write leading to a heap corruption. This issue affects only 32-bits builds of libssh. | ||||
| CVE-2025-4437 | 1 Redhat | 1 Openshift | 2025-09-25 | 5.7 Medium |
| There's a vulnerability in the CRI-O application where when container is launched with securityContext.runAsUser specifying a non-existent user, CRI-O attempts to create the user, reading the container's entire /etc/passwd file into memory. If this file is excessively large, it can cause the a high memory consumption leading applications to be killed due to out-of-memory. As a result a denial-of-service can be achieved, possibly disrupting other pods and services running in the same host. | ||||
| CVE-2025-4382 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2025-09-25 | 5.9 Medium |
| A flaw was found in systems utilizing LUKS-encrypted disks with GRUB configured for TPM-based auto-decryption. When GRUB is set to automatically decrypt disks using keys stored in the TPM, it reads the decryption key into system memory. If an attacker with physical access can corrupt the underlying filesystem superblock, GRUB will fail to locate a valid filesystem and enter rescue mode. At this point, the disk is already decrypted, and the decryption key remains loaded in system memory. This scenario may allow an attacker with physical access to access the unencrypted data without any further authentication, thereby compromising data confidentiality. Furthermore, the ability to force this state through filesystem corruption also presents a data integrity concern. | ||||
| CVE-2024-52615 | 1 Redhat | 2 Enterprise Linux, Openshift | 2025-09-23 | 5.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in Avahi-daemon, which relies on fixed source ports for wide-area DNS queries. This issue simplifies attacks where malicious DNS responses are injected. | ||||
| CVE-2024-48910 | 2 Cure53, Redhat | 4 Dompurify, Advanced Cluster Security, Openshift and 1 more | 2025-09-23 | 9.1 Critical |
| DOMPurify is a DOM-only, super-fast, uber-tolerant XSS sanitizer for HTML, MathML and SVG. DOMPurify was vulnerable to prototype pollution. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.4.2. | ||||
| CVE-2025-27516 | 3 Debian, Palletsprojects, Redhat | 11 Debian Linux, Jinja, Ansible Automation Platform and 8 more | 2025-09-22 | 8.8 High |
| Jinja is an extensible templating engine. Prior to 3.1.6, an oversight in how the Jinja sandboxed environment interacts with the |attr filter allows an attacker that controls the content of a template to execute arbitrary Python code. To exploit the vulnerability, an attacker needs to control the content of a template. Whether that is the case depends on the type of application using Jinja. This vulnerability impacts users of applications which execute untrusted templates. Jinja's sandbox does catch calls to str.format and ensures they don't escape the sandbox. However, it's possible to use the |attr filter to get a reference to a string's plain format method, bypassing the sandbox. After the fix, the |attr filter no longer bypasses the environment's attribute lookup. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.1.6. | ||||
| CVE-2024-56201 | 2 Palletsprojects, Redhat | 13 Jinja, Ansible Automation Platform, Discovery and 10 more | 2025-09-22 | 8.8 High |
| Jinja is an extensible templating engine. In versions on the 3.x branch prior to 3.1.5, a bug in the Jinja compiler allows an attacker that controls both the content and filename of a template to execute arbitrary Python code, regardless of if Jinja's sandbox is used. To exploit the vulnerability, an attacker needs to control both the filename and the contents of a template. Whether that is the case depends on the type of application using Jinja. This vulnerability impacts users of applications which execute untrusted templates where the template author can also choose the template filename. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.1.5. | ||||
